95,000 sf multiphase addition and renovation of occupied hospital, Ph. 4 to follow. First Ph. 3.1 is a three story adjoining new structure consisting of (4) new air handling systems connected to existing central steam, chilled water plant and BAS to serve new Surgery/OR Suite, Imagining, Emergency Department, doctors’ lockers and sleep rooms. Ph. 3.2 to consist of total renovation and expansion of existing departments to include replacement of all existing AHUs
