Project Details
The Amazon project is a 452,196 square feet sortation center that we are performing the complete mechanical for Commerce Construction. We installed by helicopter twenty five (25) packaged RTUs in order to heat and cool a majority of the facility. In addition there are five (5) direct fired make up air units to ventilate the drive through delivery area. We also installed exhaust fans, ductless mini-splits, gas detection systems, an eye wash station, all of the plumbing in the building, and gas piping.
