The building offers top-of-market amenities, including a 12th-floor clubroom with mountain and stadium views, a 4th-floor clubroom with outdoor kitchen, a 2-level fitness center, and storage for up to 140 bicycles. MTech provided split system DX fan coils with electric heaters and utilize its prefabrication shop to build condenser racks for efficient installation of the systems. Building plumbing services will include full storm water and overflow systems, centralized domestic hot water, domestic cold water, and sanitary drain systems.
