Project Details
This 180,000 sq. ft. building will house the nations most energy efficient 20,000 square foot Data Center, High Bay Laboratories for research, and an office building component. Energy efficient mechanical design consists of cooling the entire building without the use of vapor compression cooling (chillers) via oversized cooling towers to attain low water temperatures, chilled beam technology, efficient variable flow pump/piping schemes, underfloor air distribution, and hot water radiant heating.
