30-Story Class-A Office Tower in the heart of Downtown Denver. The project will pursue LEED GOLD and WELL Platinum Certifications and will follow Denver’s initiative to be an all-electric building by employing 100% Energy Recovery Ventilation and Water Source Heat Pumps and VRF Systems.
