MTech Mechanical has been recognized as a 2021 Top Workplaces organization by the Denver Post. The distinction is based solely on team member feedback gathered through Energage LLC , an independent firm that focuses on team member engagement surveys.

“During this very challenging time, Top Workplaces has proven to be a beacon of light for organizations, as well as a sign of resiliency and strong business performance,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “When you give your employees a voice, you come together to navigate challenges and shape your path forward. Top Workplaces draws on real-time insights into what works best for their organization, so they can make informed decisions that have a positive impact on their people and their business.”

MTech Mechanical placed on the list of medium-sized companies. The list of distinguished companies all vary in size and industry, including many associated with the construction industry. This is the first year that MTech Mechanical has participated, with 317 team members completing the survey.

“At MTech, our people shape our culture, which is brought to life through teamwork, relationships, and trust,” said Marco Capitelli, MTech President. “Our outstanding team member engagement supports our priorities of building collaborative teams and developing our people, and simply, keeping our values at the forefront of everything we do.”

Hundreds of employers in Colorado are considered for the Top Workplaces each year following their participation in a team member engagement survey. Companies taking the survey learn about their own team members’ engagement and receive valuable feedback on training and development, collaboration, decision-making processes, and leadership practices.
