That commitment is reflected in the leadership transitions in our Northern and Southern Colorado regional offices, where Greg Bell and Jacob Best are stepping into General Manager roles.

Looking Ahead

These transitions are part of MTech’s thoughtful approach to succession planning. As General Managers, Greg and Jacob will focus on strengthening client relationships, developing their teams, and expanding the services available to clients throughout their respective regions.

A key priority will be expanding MTech’s focus on Special Projects and Service in Northern and Southern Colorado, complementing our established construction capabilities and providing clients with greater support for projects of all sizes, ongoing facility needs, and long-term maintenance.

With continued support from Rob Dunn, Executive Vice President, these transitions position our regional offices for continued growth while maintaining the relationships and local expertise that have shaped their success.
