New power plant serving UCB Campus and retrofit of existing plant. New chiller plant expandable to 10,000 tons capacity and steam boiler plant expandable to 400,000 LB/HR steam production. Scope also includes replacement of the existing chiller plant with a new 3,200 ton chiller plant and installation of a new steam turbine generator.
