Project Details
This project is a 75,000 SF facility in Louisville, CO which will allow the end user to bring all their services under one roof. Umoja is developing cancer therapy utilizing integrated cellular immunotherapy. Their new space will house laboratory, manufacturing, office space, normal warehouse, and GMP warehousing. Mechanical/Plumbing scope with an emphasis on piping, specialty gases, and sheet metal scope. All laboratories will be ISO 9 classification. All manufacturing will be ISO7/6 classification. Centralized chilled water and hot water will provide heating and cooling for the building.
