A new 294,000 SF, five story ground up pediatric healthcare facility. The hospital includes a full diversity of healthcare programming with NICU, PICU, med. surg., operating rooms, emergency department, imaging suite, pharmacy, among others with a total of 98 patient rooms. The facility brings a much needed service and is a highly anticipated addition to the southern Colorado region. Our scope of work associated with the above spaces consists of: chilled water, heating water, steam and steam condensate, custom air handlers, specialty exhaust.
