New campus for Aurora Water and the City of Aurora including multiple buildings supporting Aurora Water, Aurora Fleet and Fueling, and Aurora’s Southeast Maintenance divisions. This project will include a Main Office/Truck Bay Building with Administrative Office, Vehicle Storage and Shops, a separate warehouse, cold storage and Fleet Maintenance/Fueling Station/Wash Bay Building are also on-site.
