Apartments wrap around the 167,000 SF parking garage in the center featuring pedestrian-friendly retail space on the ground floor. For residents, there will be an abundance of amenities such as a designated office space, a fitness center, an outdoor pool and hot tub, a fire pit and outdoor landscaped grilling areas. The sixth floor will feature a club room and an outdoor deck with dramatic views of the Front Range.
MTech performed design/build services for this residential project. Mechanical systems include split system DX/Electric heat units for residential area, make up air units to serve ventilation requirements, and unitary toilet and dryer exhaust for the residential units. Plumbing systems include a centralized domestic hot water system with vertical distribution to the units, domestic cold water, roof and overflow drainage system, and gas piping to mechanical systems, pool boilers, and water heaters.
