MTech Mechanical Wins SMPS Colorado Marketing Excellence Award for “ALL IN” Internal Video

MTech Mechanical is proud to announce that our internal video, “ALL IN”, received a 2026 SMPS Colorado Marketing Excellence Award.

Created to open the Annual Meeting and unite more than 650 employees around the message of One Team, All In, the video was designed to energize, inspire, and reinforce the culture that drives MTech forward every day.

Produced entirely in-house, the project highlighted the pride, accountability, and teamwork that define our field, service, and office teams across Colorado. From real jobsite footage to a powerful voiceover delivered by Kendrek Callahan, Sheet Metal Field Manager, the video captured the grit, passion, and excellence behind the MTech name.

Special thanks to all the employee “talent” who participated and helped bring the message to life. The response to the video was immediate and powerful — creating excitement ahead of the Annual Meeting and generating an emotional, high-energy moment when premiered live to employees companywide.
