Mental Health Matters
The mental health crisis in construction is alarming, with suicide rates in our industry 10 times higher than deaths from the ‘Fatal Four’—falls, being struck by objects, electrocutions, and caught-in/between hazards. At MTech, we understand that mental health is just as vital as physical safety. We are committed to fostering a supportive culture where open conversations about mental health are encouraged, and resources are readily available.
Our long-term commitment to raising awareness and reducing the stigma around mental health and suicide prevention ensures that every team member knows they are valued and supported. By prioritizing mental health, we aim to create a safer, healthier workplace for all.
