Design. Build. Collaborate.
MTech believes that a great company is more than just a good builder. Construction operations must add value beyond installing pipe and duct. To be truly effective, the operations team must act as part of the preconstruction, end user, and general contractor teams.
We’ll help you build smarter, more efficient environments. Browse our services and contact us at any of our three offices with any questions. We’d like to hear from you.

Safety
SAFETY MOTTO: ONE TEAM, ALL IN
Our current EMR is 0.58. An Experience Modification Rate (EMR) of 1.0 is considered the industry average.
Job safety affects everything from project planning to the bottom line. Where safety is given a high priority, you can be assured that strict quality standards are also being upheld. MTech emphasizes safety as a part of our culture. Our management team communicates and enforces safety principles and our team members routinely demonstrate their commitment to safety.
This dedication shows in the field in each and in every phase of our projects. MTech recently received an ABC National Safety Excellence award for continued commitment to jobsite safety and for an exemplary safety performance program.
Communication promotes compliance
On the job, we ensure that all projects have MTech Safety Manuals, Safety Data Sheets, Federal and State standards, documentation support (accident/injury/near miss report forms, etc.) and that team members are trained to properly fill out the necessary documentation.
We emphasize compliance with all Safety standards through frequent on-site inspections, constant communication with field personnel and Safety Program updates.
Planning prevents issues
Before work begins, MTech develops a safety plan in conjunction with Project Management and Supervision. During the proposal process and after being awarded a contract, our Safety Director and Safety Manager formulate a site-specific Safety Program to enhance clients’ or prime contractors’ Safety Manuals. The program includes Safety Orientation and Procedures for both management and field employees.
Performance Verification
Performance verification gives you the peace of mind that all systems will work as intended upon project completion. Our in-house senior design and construction experts use a customized and documented process to verify that system operating features are properly designed, coordinated and installed with correct functional equipment components and automation controls.
This process expedites any third-party commissioning and can replace it to save costs. This is MTech’s version of a quality control and quality assurance process.
We review, observe, document and perform functional testing during the construction, acceptance and post-acceptance phases of your project and prepare and submit a final commissioning report as a last step.
Through this process, rework is eliminated, potential design errors are corrected and we fully-integrate owner training to meet all of your expectations.
