MTech Raised $125K for Suicide Awareness
MTech Mechanical proudly hosted its 6th Annual Samborski Memorial Clay Shoot on Saturday, August 23, 2025, raising $125,000 in support of suicide prevention and mental health programs across Colorado.
This year’s event brought together 185 participants, 30 volunteers, and support from more than 55 companies—all united in the mission of honoring the memory of MTech colleague, friend, and avid outdoorsman, Bill Samborski.
Over the past six years, the Samborski Memorial Clay Shoot has generated an incredible $500,000 in total contributions to organizations dedicated to preventing suicide and supporting mental health initiatives throughout the state. MTech Mechanical covers all event expenses, ensuring that 100% of proceeds directly benefit the supported nonprofits.
The 2025 funds were distributed to four nonprofit partners making a difference in local communities in alignment where MTech Mechanical has offices throughout the state:
- Alliance for Suicide Prevention of Larimer County
- SpeakUp ReachOut – Eagle County
- Pikes Peak Suicide Prevention Partnership
- WellPower (formerly Mental Health Center of Denver)
“The growth of this event over the last six years has been truly inspiring,” said Molly Cape, MTech Mechanical Marketing Manager and Clay Shoot Chair. “Thanks to our participants, sponsors, and volunteers, we’re able to continue supporting organizations that provide life-saving mental health services across Colorado.”
The Samborski Memorial Clay Shoot has become a cornerstone of MTech Mechanical’s community engagement, blending camaraderie, outdoor sporting, and meaningful fundraising.
