Project Details
Phase 2 construction, 140,000 sf of remodel and addition to include new 4 story patient wing, standalone parking structure, 14,000sf Level 2 addition over existing hospital. Central utility plant for entire hospital campus new and old was replaced to include high pressure steam generation, heating hot water exchange, chiller plant expansion and renovation, new heating hot water and chilled water pump station replacement, medical gas central plant equipment replacement, new fuel oil system, central air handling stations, new full service kitchen make up/ventilation systems and DDC temperature control renovation and upgrade; all the while keeping this full service community hospital in full operation.
